Do I need an appointment to get an estimate?
No appointment is necessary. However, you may call and make an appointment to avoid the possibility of waiting. An estimator is here Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes, all we need is a claim number from you and we’ll take it from there. We work with your insurance company, managing your claim from start to finish, so you can get on with daily living.
Can you give me a quote over the phone for my repair?
No. Without seeing the extent of the damage in person, we cannot give an accurate estimate. However, we can schedule a time that would work for you to meet with our adjuster. If after hours, please feel free to request a quote and an associate of ours will contact you shortly.
How long does it take to do my repair?
Quality repair and restoration takes time. If possible, schedule service during the off season from September thru April. We will do our best at estimating repair time.
Do you do mobile estimating?
Yes, by appointment, we can come to your residence or storage facility to do the estimate.
Do you pickup and deliver boats and/or RV’s?
Yes, please call us for information on pickup and delivery services.
Can you match gelcoat?
Yes. All color matching services are done in house by an experienced professional.
